With water for injection or saline solution, concentration per ml of liquid containing MMC1mg, dissolved drugs should be used within 6h.
Mitomycin Usage (1) intravenous injection. Each 6–8mg/ml, 1 week, once every 2 weeks, 3 weeks; or 10–20mg/ml, every 6-8 weeks 1.
Mitomycin Usage (2) arterial injection. Each 4mg/ml, 1 week or per 12mg/ml, 4 weeks duplication.
Mitomycin Usage (3) Chest, intraperitoneal injection. After the injection fluid as possible exhausted 8-16mg/ml, weekly or 1 time every 2 weeks.
MMC usage (4) bladder instillation. Each 20-40mg, dissolved in 20-40ml saline, 1-2 times per week; there is also every 2 or 4 weeks 1, the total number of 15-20 times.
