The use of paclitaxel to prevent allergic reactions patients should be before the 12h oral paclitaxel dexamethasone 10mg, 3h and then before the treatment of oral dexamethasone 10mg, 30-60min before the treatment given diphenhydramine (or other analogues) muscle Note 40mg, intravenous cimetidine 300mg or ranitidine 50mg.

Overseas, the combination therapy, generally with 175mg/ml, intravenous 3h; or 135-150mg/ml, intravenous infusion of 24h.
The use of paclitaxel, weekly paclitaxel regimens: General dosage 60-1OOmg/ml, intravenous infusion of 3h, 1 week, once every 3 weeks, stop l weeks as a cycle, or 1 per week, once every 6 week, 2 weeks to a stop cycle.
