The diagnosis of bladder cancer points

Point of bladder cancer diagnosis
(1) signs and symptoms: age over 40 years hematuria and urinary frequency and other symptoms of bladder cancer may be considered.
Point of bladder cancer (2) clinical examination: the conventional systemic medical examination.
(3) laboratory: Blood: blood and liver and kidney functions. urine cytology.
(4) bladder hazy microscope: microscope bladder and extent of the lesion to determine the clinical stage, and take the biopsy.
Point of bladder cancer (5) imaging studies: chest radiograph is; abdominal pelvic CT or MRI: Abdominal and pelvic CT or MRI examination to determine the extent of tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis, liver metastasis and so on. bladder imaging; intravenous contrast renal pelvis.
