Bleomycin adverse reactions (1) fever. More common, few patients occurred at around 1h after administration, generally about 38 C, individual up to 40 C, and chills, 3_4h fever after their own.
(2), gastrointestinal reactions. May have loss of appetite, nausea, a small number of vomiting, diarrhea, and stomatitis, but generally mild.
(3) skin, hair. There may be skin mill, dermatitis, fingers and toes joint hypertrophy and pigmentation of skin is more common, and some have fingers, toes and nails hypersensitivity deformation.
Bleomycin adverse reactions (4) hair loss. Mild.
(5) tumor pain.
(6) phlebitis and vascular pain.
(7) pulmonary toxicity. There may be cough, sputum, pneumonia-like symptoms such as difficulty breathing, causing chemical pneumonia and pulmonary fibrosis opportunity to become less than bleomycin.
Bleomycin adverse events (8) allergic reactions. Very few patients with anaphylactic shock may occur, manifested as hypotension, or appear asthma, breathing difficulties, confusion and so on.
